Welcome to Excelfor
Excelfor was created in 2008 as a natural evolution of all the knowledge acquired for over 15 years devoted to the development of personnel selection’s processes, HR consultancy and corporative relations management in the Information Technologies sector.
With all that previous knowledge gathered up, our clients started to demand us occasional help in Technical and Directive personnel’s selection. We were also asked to perform institutional relation’s assessment. This kind of collaboration gradually turned into frequently demanded services as time went by. Despite not being in the company’s original portfolio, our clients asked us to develop this service, choosing us over other companies more focused on personnel’s selection services and that made bigger commercial and marketing efforts than us.
We have always believed that in order to offer good services, one must be focused, assign the right amount of resources and have motivation and leadership. In this sense, we are engineering company that develops diverse projects and that will continue to do so. Our directive resources and a specific strategy were therefore necessary for a new activity like the one we were being demanded to develop.
That was the origin of Excelfor, brand of with the same attention-to-detail culture and excellence but with a different orientation that provides a service enabling connections between the companies and the best professionals.
The main reason for Excelfor’s creation is to make the search of the right candidate easier for companies, and from the candidates’ perspective, helping them to find a suitable company where they can fulfill their professional expectations.
Since our creation we want to contribute to the evolution of the sector. But we do not wish to be just another company, which is why we try to use innovative and creative methods to sort out problems, rapidly, effectively and with quality.
We have to make a special mention about our professional team, which is composed of consultants and researchers specialized in the recruitment of candidates coming from different sectors.
